Yikes,I just spent some time on this and it didn’t post.😾 I suggest vinyl planking..not noisy like laminate flooring,very easy to clean and maintain. we have wood,but put vinyl planking in the bathroom,much more resistant to water leaks. I had it in my previous kitchen,and hallway. Very easy to care for,and doesn’t scratch like laminate or wood. Easy to install.
Vinyl. Easy to clean, water proof and inexpensive.
Depends on how much shine you want. My vinyl plank flooring will not shine. I only mop with stuff got from the mfg website. I know there are different kinds. Just keep this in mind
Vinyl plank flooring is pretty cheap yet you don't have to sacrifice on look. You might want to look into that.
