Sounds like the roof vent pipe may be blocked. As the water flows down the drain the vent pipe allows any trapped air to escape along with sewer gases out the roof. If it's blocked when you flush the toilet the excess air is being force to the nearest exit which is the tub. It can also suck the water out of the tub P trap and sewer gases can escape into the room.
May be able to replace a T-trap to the area. https://www.thisoldhouse.com/how-to/how-to-diagnose-gurgling-sink
This does sound like what William describes. You really should get a plumber to take care of this.
If you have a septic tank, when is the last time you had it emptied?
If you can get somebody on the roof with a garden hose. Running water down the vent pipe can sometimes clear it.
