Pink Bathroom in Rented Apartment. What to Do?
This is my pink bathroom. The apartment is a rental, so I can't retile. What can I do to hide it or change its color?
They put LED strip light on the back of the mirror but you would need an electrical source for power, and use a masonry drill bit to put in a hanger for the mirror.
I found this on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I20RcGsNATc
You would probably have to drill the tile to put some sort of anchor for the mirror.
my approach would be to drill into the tile and mount the mirror as normal but with longer screws. I would also put wood squares at those points to ensure there is lots of coverage.
We also found that if we install the tiles and leave room ( no tile) but put the mirror on a frame ( elevated) , we can install it on top on the tiles just but hanging the frame where there is not tile. Hope this makes sense... thanks for all your suggestions, it was really helpful!
