Blue Depression Glass Vase. Maybe ? Pretty Piece.
It looks like DEPRESSION WARE. But
i don’t know the pattern. Go to the library or on line and look up “glassware”. You should be able to find an answer.
Ditto on the research idea. Also look on the bottom for any markings and symbols, they will assist you in finding answers.
There is a very good book written by a woman named Florence (?) cannot remember last name, that helped me identify many pieces of Depression glass.
Read what's on the stamp I can see on the side. If you can't read it, put a piece of paper over it and use the side of a pencil to show the lettering. This should help with your research. Also, measure the piece.
is there a stamp on the bottom
Looks like Anchor Hocking sapphire blue depression glass. Can't see the design on the side well enough to tell for sure.
May also be Fire King sapphire blue depression glass.

Vase
It looks like Tiara ware, to me, they used old Indiana Federal molds to recreate the look. I have some Tiara ware and I love it. It was sold in a party plan back in the 80s.
It looks like the outside bottom has the raised mark that indicates this piece is hand blown. I also agree that this is depression glass.
It is a vase or and old drinking glass
Maybe Fosteria, not sure of the spelling tho. Fosteria is is a blue color like that also.
Your tumbler is a Federal Glass blue Madrid piece. In order to eliminate the possibility of the piece being a reproduction (over the years reproductions have been made of nearly all Depression glass patterns), you need to determine where it originated. By that, did this belong to an older member of the family who purchased it new? Has it been in your or someone else's family for a long, long while. This pattern was only produced from 1932 to 1939, so without some authentication, it could be a reproduction. In addition to blue, Madrid was also made in pink, green, clear, amber and, perhaps, other colors.
