Do you mean soap? If so, melt them in water for licquid soap or if they are nice smelling , wrap them in paper and put them in clothes draws to freshen.
I remelt mine in the microwave into a plastic mold I found at a yard sale. I get full size bars again. Depending on how many I put in the mold I watch so it doesn't boil over & then I put the mold in a Ziploc bag and in the fridge overnight. Take out if mold.
There are loofahs, that have a space inside and a drawstring closure so you can put those bits in and s no need for messy shower bel and more bottles in the shower.
I like Rosanna's suggestion. Be sure not to mix scents in the same drawer!
Soap, right? Like from hotels and motels? I take all the smaller ones, bag them up, and donate them to homeless shelter in nearby city. Also a women’s shelter. The somewhat larger ones i put in a soap dish, usually two at a time, at bathroom sinks. Gets used right up.
You can put them in a small mesh bag and throw into our bath tub.
Allow to dry and when you have a lot of them, put them in a blender with a tad of water and blend; continue adding a little water at a time till thoroughly blended. When consistency is right, empty the mixture into a pump bottle and use as hand soap.
You can remelt and pour into mold. Place in refrigerator overnight, then pop out of mold. Great way to recycle those last small pieces.
We donate them to the Purple Heart, they can distribute them as needed.
Grate them and put them in a muffin tin that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Add a very small amount of water, mix just until incorporated, and let them reform back into another bar of soap!
