Buy cheap magic erasers at dollar store
I use vinager on my siding. It works great. Takes off dirt, green mold an an residue. My siding is white also.
We use a brush that screws on a handle for paint rollers and a cleaner sold at home improvement stores. Put water and cleaner in a 5 gallon bucket and brush siding and rinse with hose. Pressure washer will take the finish off siding.
You could also use dish soap with water.
Blue Dawn dish soap is a great product, rinse with a hose.
Dawn, Murphy's Oil Soap or Simple Green

I used a sprinkler head with several adjustments. Chose one that did the intensity needed and cleaned the whole house from top down with just the garden hose open completely. Ruined the atachment, but it was only $10.
