Put a small oscillating fan in the room, but not close to the water areas. You need to keep the air moving and be sure to leave the door open after bathing.

Get a fan that will circulate the air when you are done with showers, just a fan you can set on the counter or a pedestal one that you could put on the floor. You just need something that will circulate the air in the whole bathroom, so it doesn't need to be a huge one, just one with good air flow.
I have to ask - why is installing an exhaust fan out of the question?
There are many small bathroom dehumidifiers on Amazon. Note, made for bathrooms/wet rooms.
Can you just crack door open after immediate use--when decent:)
use a dehumidifier and a oscillating fan
