Finger prints?? Try rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth.
Best I've found! Use weekly, in between just wipe with dry cloth. Amazing!

Stainless Steel cleaner is the best thing out there. Does it have stains that need to be buffed out? Or, maybe it's the brand you tried?

Stick a magnet on the fridge....I had ordered a stainless steel fridge....the front would not hold a magnet. The cover was plastic. Stainless steel look......I’ve used baking soda to clean it..small amount on a cloth rub with grooves.
Try Magic Stainless Steel cleaner, I went through countless of cleaner and everything was either to waxy or did not clean well. I have new appliances and still had some rust on them, since I started using this, no rust.
Perhaps you are asking too much of the cleaners. Did anyone teach you to wipe down your stainless steel with a soft cloth covered in olive oil? It evens out the surface, you buff it circular to make it shiny. Very little oil remains on the steel but it does fill small surface flaws and scratches making the fridge look cleaner longer and it resists finger prints also. As a Sous Chef the last chore on leaving the restaurant was to oil the stainless steel down for the night.
I have used endust apple multi-surface cleaner for years. It works great and smells great too. I used it on my refrigerator, dishwasher front, oven fronts and on the cook top.
