Use a crevice tool and vaccum between the slats.
Wipe it down with a damp cloth. A microfiber cloth might work best
A light sanding might work.
Two cups of white vinegar in a gallon of warm water.
Sponge-mop the solution onto a small area of the floor and then dry the area completely with a towel. (Mop should have excess water squeezed out before applying.)
Change the water/vinegar solution when it starts to become cloudy. Change towels as they become too damp to dry the floor easily
First, make sure all of your new bathroom is clean of all dusts. You don't want to keep tracking it back into your bedroom. Then vacuum real good and make sure to use the crevice tool like suggested and I would also use the upholstrey tool also, the brushes might help with the grooves. Them I would use bona cleaner for the whole area.
