Can a 1940 corner porcelain over cast iron rusted sink be repaired?

We are trying to keep costs to minimum. Also unsuccessfully seeking bridge faucet.
There are spray epoxies that will repair this.

Look at Renovation Hardware online for bridge faucet. Not cheap. Or check scrap yards. Again not very cheap,. Be sure to measure distance on center between pipes before you shop.
There is a paintable epoxy that would be better forbthe small space
Wear an organic mask and try to use a fan that will take the fumes out of the room.
Also,you can repair this faucet with new seats an valve.
Scrub the rust off with a brillo pad.And rinse and dry completely
