I had that problem with my freezer in fridge. It was freezing what was in fridge. Had to get appliance person in and get heater in back replaced, still a problem but not as serious, leaking to floor so put towel to soak up. Comes and goes.
I was told by a tech to turn off refer and freezer for about 30 -40 minutes every so often.. ice freezes to far back and needs defrosting..
