i have a large galvanized tub I use for plants but I need to drill some drainage holes. Do I need a special drill bit for this? Thanks!
Lantana dies back for it's winter. Looks like dead sticks. I leave mine until new growth shows and then pull off dead twigs. Really easy to do, most pull out as you tug them. It is still early for lantana to start so give it a minute.
Wait until spring to do anything - they will probably come back.
lantana don't like much water.
do not fertilize any plants that are in trouble.Re-pot in the next size container with drainage holes.Allow them to recover, then give the a application of fertilizer
Doesn't seem likely. Not an expert. Mine in the ground in dry southern cal seem to die back a bi t in our non existent winter, then come back.
