TSP is Tri-Sodium Phosphate. a great cleaner. It comes in powder form and can be found in an orange-redish and white box in any paint department. It will remove any grime and shine from paint. Rinse well. Please, do not get the new "pretend" TSP as it does not clean as well.
Hi, use steel wool to take off any barbs, clean it and use Tremclad or Rustoleum paint
Rustoleum. You can use a wire brush to remove rust, clean with tsp, rinse thoroughly, use the rustoleum that included a primer. Have fun with a bright color.
