Orange peels soaked in white vinegar make a wonderful cleaner. I put them in a jar with a lid for about two weeks.Then pour the vinegar into a spray bottle. Great on hard water stains! We have well water and it works wonders in the showers.
Here's a link explaining the recipe. I've used this and then kept the peels for using in my garbage disposal to make it smell better. Hope this helps.....

I agree with the suggestions above, it is a wonderful cleaner with antibacterial and antifungal properties without chemicals and smells great. You can do it with any citrus peels!
