I have a concrete floor in my wash room.I painted it gloss black and waited a day for it to dry and sponged it with gray to match my washer and dryer. So easy....looks great..Sponging is so easy and you cant mess it up. All over the internet on how to do it. You can even use 3 or 4 colors if you want..I kept it simple.. and its been 3 years and still holding up just fine especially since its in the back room where every one comes through the back door..

We painted our 24 x 30 family room floors. Originally they were to be stained but our contractor failed to communicate with the concrete people...so my hubby and I created a grid with tape and sponge painted with 3 different colors of patio paint.
You can surely do so! https://www.hometalk.com/search/posts?filter=painted%20cement
