Frozen water line in double door fridge/freezer

Question

How do I thaw it? Purchased new filter. Didn't help. I can hear the motor trying to start to make water/ice. Bought the fridge about 6 mon. Please help me figure this out.

Did you buy it new, warranty? Otherwise you can look it up on the internet how to thaw the frozen line. I had maytag that kept freezing up and I would use the blow dryer every month

Check the paperwork that came with your refrig/freezer. Many times it has a 'troubleshooting' area. Checkon there to see if it also has a phone number to call where someone can give you ideas. It should still be under warranty.

I have tried many ways to thaw out a freezer and the one that works the quickest and the best for me was to put a small fan and let it blow directly into the freezer area you want thaw and the ice will fall out / thaw out very quickly. Hope this idea helps you. Good luck
