Paint on ceramic tile cannot be made durable, or at least nowhere near as durable as ceramic tile.
There is a special paint made for painting tile. I would think that would be the most durable because that is what the paint is made for.
Any paint you use will need to be sealed. Either by a polyurethane or a wax treatment
As long as you seal it after, you should be good!
