Pack of KoolAid + some baking soda if really bad. Apply them wait!

I pour about two cups of vinegar in the toilet. A few squirts of Dawn dish liquid. Use a toilet brush to foam it up. Let it sit for about an hour or two. Then swish around with a toilet brush. The suds suspend the vinegar above the water line. Flush.
