How to remove calcium, lime, and rust build-up from toilet bowl?

How do I get calcium, lime and rust build up out of toilet bowl?
I have soaked rags in vinegar and used heavy duty C.L.R. to no avail!
I have broken 3 pumas stones, nothing is working!
Thank you, Sandy O.

We have hard water. Used Vim Cleanser to clean. Now under the rim is green so that is all you see. Have not been able to remove. Any suggestions?

Only use rust, scale, lime, and stain removers sold specifically for bathroom and kitchen surfaces.
Time to get a new toilet, your finish is gone.
I found a video on YouTube where they used bartenders friend. It's suppose to be a superior rust, lime, hard water and mineral deposits remover

Good luck to you! Try this stuff!
The Works toilet bowl cleaner is the absolute best I’ve ever found. It’s way better than CLR because it’s a thicker formula. Good luck!
Try the works at Walmart it will work
Use the waterproof screen you can buy at the hardware store. It won’t harm your porcelain and cleans off everything beautifully, kind of like great sandpaper.
Try using the coca cola method before using a pumice stone. The soda will actually break down a lot of the build up. Also that indicates you have very hard water. I know expit's expensive, but we actually, invested in a water softener system
I second the Bar Keeper's Friend. I use the spray on my toilet and shower. It's the best thing I've found so far.
I also use Rustguard tabs to the tank to keep the rust down. They will remove rust, but it will take weeks if not months if you don't remove it with the Bar Keeper's Friend first.
