I would soften it a bit, just a bit, and scrape off the bulk with a rubber spatula. When you’ve got 98% of it off, hair dryer again and press down paper towels to try to absorb the rest. Hair dryer again and scrub with paper towels or a gentle scrubber sponge you can throw away.

Take a plastic scraper to it, scrape off as much as you can then used a wax remover. Goo Gone or Yale Candle mold cleaner.

First scrape off what you can. Then put some ice in a bag and hold it on the spot. That may let you flake off some more. If this is ceramic tile, try scrubbing with a tooth brush.

Gently scrape off what you can. Put a cotton thick cloth - like an old towel, over the wax then heat it with an iron. Pick up the iron and wipe the was often. You do not want the wax on the iron.

Iron over top of absorbent cloth such as towel to melt the wax and transfer it to the towel.
