Toilet tank leaks. Add to tank and wait to see if water or color ends up in toilet bowl. Kool aid not required could use a few drops of food coloring. Good luck!

Lemonade kool aid has been said to get stains out of toilet bowls. I didn't have great success but it did break up some hard water marks that toilet bowl cleaners left.
