How to hide water and radiator pipes on ceiling?

I live in a basement apartment and have already covered the livingroom ceiling pipes by dropping the ceiling. I cannot drop the ceiling in the bedroom. Is there any way to hide/disguise the pipes on the bedroom ceiling.

Hang sheets, painters cloth etc to cover them

Why not just paint them and make them part of the decor.

You could paint the wall ones to match, and then the ceiling ones to match the ceiling. Or, as hinted at above, paint them a fun color or two, paint them black for drama, or “silver” to match your faucets for city-chic.

Consider decorative fabric and “reverse” tent it using curtain rods mounted to the inside edges of the rafters? Y keeping them somewhat tight you shouldn’t have issues with the ceilings being to low as they would be if you put in a drop ceiling. Here is a pic taken from an outdoor shade pergola to give you an idea.

Paint them the same color as the ceiling.

You could build a box over the pipes and make it look like part of the ceiling.

Paint them all the same color as the ceiling. Without seeing, not sure if you could put curtains tied across the ceiling? It would look like a bohemian tent.

I love the industrial look, so I would have kept the pipes exposed and paint some plaster bricks and add bookshelves in pipes, etc. To hide the pipes in the bedroom I would drape toole lace from the ceiling. It's not that expensive and adds an elegant look.
