Will you guys teach some basic “how to’s” for woman on power too

I have so many projects that I want to do that are DIYer type stuff as well as many crafts that require usage of powertools. You share so many wonderful and amazing ideas, but when it comes to having to drill, miter saw, etc, it just became a project I can only dream of creating.
Also, not to sound greedy, but what tool will do what and then how to create or use them on easy projects and then sessions on how to progress with these skills. I would gladly pay (nominal amount) for having these ”You Tube” style videos in your library with cheat sheets and a tactical/strategic strategy to start our journey in power tools and the whole world of possibilities it can open up. I know this is probably not the questions you were looking for, but I don’t want to have to rely on a man when I need to use powertools. Thanks for listening❣️

I'm not sure where you live, but if you live by a Home Depot, they actually have classes once or twice a month on how to use power tools, what they do and the best ways to use them. You should check your local hardware stores too. :) Hands on is so much better than watching a video or reading about it!
My local community / technical college has night classes especially for women on different carpentry / plumbing skills (including using the proper tools). Check to see if yours has similar classes.
On Hometalk, people submit things all the time and you should be able to look some of them up. I also find YouTube to be a great source for that.
I will say, too, that I was so scared of power tools until I put one in my hand and "tried it". My husband had a jig saw (which is good for cutting things out of wood, pvc, etc) so I decided to just try using it on a piece of scrap wood. Then my dad had showed me how to use his chop saw (where you cut, a piece of wood to size. For example, making a 2x4 12" long instead of 24"). I was so scared of it, but now that I know how to use it I can't imagine my life without it! LOL
Check out your local home improvement store and see if they offer a class. Or your local community colleges. Or just someone you know that is handy and has some tools that could take a few hours to show you how they work. There are so many different types of tools and what you want to do or make will determine what tools you need.
I'm in Wisconsin, are you near me? I would gladly show you how to use the tools I use. Maybe you can find someone on here that is local to you and they could help you.
Be warned though. Once you get used to power tools you're gonna need more ;)
Go to the Home Depot or Lowe’s website. They have a calendar of events, on how to make things, refinish, etc.
I started by attending Home Depot classes and now I’m fearless!!
They have DIH classes. Do it herself classes
