I clean well with mild soap and water, then use a furniture paste wax and buff. The wax retards the hand prints.

Hi Mike. I clean mine with Windex. It works well on stainless. It was a tip I picked up from Martha Stewart.
I only use Windex on mine (with an old t-shirt so it doesn't streak or scratch).
