use vinegar or peroxide
I would tend more toward vinegar, the peroxide may bleach out the area. Maybe do a test on an unnoticeable small spot of salt.
Mild soap in water and a microfiber scrub cloth, vacuum it first then rub and rinse until clean.
I like using a combination of dish soap, baking soda and water. You can make it into a thick paste and let it sit for a bit or make it watery. Either way, I use a toothbrush to scrub out the stains.
Vacuum as much off as possible then scrub out in a warm bucket of water, rinse with hose. If you have a pressure washer, even better.
