I have had it come out in the wash. Now I always wash my jeans before wearing them.

I would try using a pre-wash treatment then washing them in a washer. Toss some old towels or rags in there so that the stain won't transfer to anything important, just as a precaution. Wishing you the best.
Try using a Rug/Carpet Stain Remover(Resolve for Example). Stuff is amazing for all sorts of stains on a variety of materials!
Are the sneakers colorfast? If so a light rub with chlorine bleach (diluted!); the dye in good (cotton) blue jeans is very sensitive to bleach. Be sure to wash the sneakers, too, afterward.

Not understanding your problem...how on earth did you get blue jean stains on your sneakers in the first place?
