Nancy, try "fume free" spray oven cleaner (the blue) can. I use it to clean my fiberglass shower and doors. Just let sit for 20 minutes or so, and wear gloves. It has not hurt mine any. Good luck.:-)
You have probably removed the shine by using the Clorox which has bleach in it. Check at a bathroom store to see if they have a solution for you. The best cleaner, I have found, for bathroom fixtures is the spray foam cleaner which is gentle on finishes but does a good job.
Try using Marine fiberglass cleaner then when done use the fiberglass wax to seal. Should work and you can buy this stuff cheaper than anywhere else at Harbor Freight.
What are you trying to do? clean it or shine it up? to clean if its really grimey, the Easy Off Fume Free Oven Cleaner in the blue can and a Magic Eraser is the way to go. After thats rinse you can also use Bar Keeper's Friend on it.
Once you've got it clean use this on it....https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000LNQ83O/ref=asc_df_B000LNQ83O5441866/?tag=hyprod-20&creative=394997&creativeASIN=B000LNQ83O&linkCode=df0&hvadid=198056903981&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=6432505111178855051&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9033057&hvtargid=pla-319504345669
