How durable and how long does the Heirlooms Traditional paint last?

One the articles talked about painting a leather chair with Heirlooms traditional paint so it matched other room design colors. How durable is this process? And how long will it last? Thanks

Of course how long it lasts will depend on how much wear and tear the chair receives, but the paint should last at least 3-4 years with normal wear.
Why would you paint a leather chair instead of cleaning it and redying it?
