Figure out the size you want then price materials. There are lots of U-tube videos on deck building. You will want the deck to be off the ground as wood on the ground will rot. The frame should be set on cement blocks.

The bottom of the deck, the frame you set the deck boards on, should be treated lumber, since it is so close to the ground.
