You can use what you want, I usually use a quarter to half cup baking soda to a cup of vinegar. I always try to have more vinegar than soda. Make sure you rinse with boiling water, I use about a gallon to rinse all the yuk down.

Easy Way to Unclog Drain With Common Household Products
Don't think there is a specific ratio for this, I just cover the sink drain opening with baking soda and then pour on vinegar, wait until the fizzing stops, add more vinegar if needed to dissolve the baking soda. Rinse very well with hot water.
