Apply an alcohol-based cleaner, like nail-varnish remover, hairspray, or rubbing alcohol to the stain with a clean dry cloth to break down the dried plastic surface. (Remember to test the solution on a hidden area of the garment first). Then, follow the instructions above for removing water-based paints.
I have never gotten dried paint out. I usually...if I love the garment..paint something over it, like flowers!
I always paint wearing a pair of sweat pants turned inside out, that way the outside will stay clean!

i have one outfit specially for painting. It’s nice and colorfuL. It’s lasted 4 houses exterior painting, and 3 of the 4 interior painting.
This is an impossible task, I have never gotten dried paint out of clothing of any sort. I do like the suggestion of turning the painting outfit inside out if you really want to paint in it.
Painting is a planned event so you can prepare and wear something suitable. Or paint in the buff.
Your welcome.
