Using Crepe Paper cut a strip the depth you want your flower straight across the folded paper allowing an extra inch for construction. Then Cut out a Petal shape (Maybe Two - joined together) depending on the flower. Then open up - discard the trim. Depending on size of flower guage you thickness of and length of wire or stick to suit stem. First roll tightly a one or two petals around top of wire that had been made into a returned hook. Then start to gather a little of the petals as you go around the wire stem. Continue to do this until you are happy with flower shape and size. Wire tightly using florist wire. and secure. Cover the top of flower and stem with either Gutter Percher or Green crepe paper.
