baking soda or bar keepers friend

Make a paste of baking soda and water, apply it to the spots of baked on cooking spray, let it sit overnight, take a scrubber to it, may need to repeat until clean.
SOS and lots of elbow work.
I spray with oven cleaner and use a round plastic scrubby when it won't come off. Now I don't use the spray much anymore, just use a paper towel and olive oil.
Try Bon Ami, or Barkeeper's Friend.
All I do is put really hot soapy water in it and let it soak and scrub it with the scrubber side of a sponge while it is still hot. That usually works for me.
