I'm no Keurig expert, but when mine did that I looked up common problems in a forum, and found that is a very common problem, and not easily remedied. If I remember correctly, the output tube will clog, and the fix was said to be a cessing the tube and using a paper clip to clear the obstruction. I did try that, it didn't work for me. I then went further in dismantling, and when I saw all the nasty "sludge" built up in many areas, it's next place of honor was the garbage can. I love my new Mr. Coffee.
Hi Diana, You could try running white vinegar thru it. That should clean it enough to get water thru. After the vinegar, run a lot of water thru so that you don't pick up the vinegar taste in your coffee.
Go to keurig website look up your model. It will tell you how to fix your problem. It is just a matter of cleaning plugged part.
