Hi Quandria, I recommend a product called Oxi Clean Max Force. Do a test sample first. Then use an old toothbrush to scrub it into your grout. Let it set 15 or 20 minutes. Then wipe it all up with clean damp cloth. Best of luck to you.
Thank you, Aljosar. That's the cleaner I coluldn't remember. Definitely worth trying before I use an oscilating multi-tool to grind out the old and re-grout.

I used white vinegar, baking soda make a watery paste, let sit 5 min then scrub with tooth brush, rinse with water
