Go for it! And remember - it's only paint.
Go ahead and paint that door red. It's you that has to look at it every time you're on the patio. Keep the name and code number of the paint on the rest of the doors so that you could paint from red back to original color. It may be an issue if you ever want it for resale. But for now go with what makes you happy.
I think painting your patio colors to coordinate with your patio furniture is brilliant. The rest of the windows and doors obviously do not need to match your patio.
