Bleach, a little dish liquid and water will kill off the mold. Rinse with the hose and let dry thoroughly before painting. Protect any plants you may have near the railing.
Just use vinegar to get rid of the mold, then determine if it really needs to be painted.
Just some soapy water & bleach will take care of the mold. Rinse with a hose. Let it dry before repainting
I usually spray Tilex on those areas. Works quite well.
tiles.is for inside,bleeach is of no use, wet and forget is the best solution...no bleach and safe for all surfaces
