Buy a bar of "Zote" & after you've cleaned the area fully, rub the end of the bar over the area. The stain will dissappear as you work. I love this stuff!!

walmart and Target ( I believe) carry someting called urine b gone ( I think that’s the name of it) you spray it on the carpet before you clean it.

It rids of the urine smell.

Then use your carpet shampooer with the shampoo for dogs.

Theres also a foam cleaner for dogs. You spray on , scrub , let dry and vacuum.

    Good Luck☘️!

I have found apple cider vinegar to be most effective on urine. Be sure to spot check in a hidden area to be sure it won't ruin your carpet. I use a 2 to 1 mixture. 2 parts vinegar 1 part water, in a spray bottle. I spray it on and lay an old towel over it to soak up excess ( after cleaning up the urine the best I can of course) this also works very well for cat urine(several applications required for cat urine)

He's marked that area and so it's become the pee zone. It has probably soaked to the pad underneath and the subflooring.

    1. Unless you plan to rip all that up paint the subfloor, replace the pad and have the carppet professionally cleaned, here's your best bet:
    2. There are products on the market for eliminating urine in things. You can buy them online. It contains an enzyme that removes the chemicals in the urine.
    3. Saturate the area with the urine gone product.
    4. Then use a fan(s) to air dry it.
    5. Put down dog pads in that area. While the urine products do a good job, the dog, who has up to 300 million olfactory receptors in their noses, compared to our six million, will still be able to detect something.

    Good luck.

my daughter has dogs and small children and she swears by a product called Kids & Pets. Carpets rugs and even her furnitur. I’m headed to get some myself today because my dogs have been sick.

Blot the pee immediately. Pour club soda on it to loosen urine and blot that. Then wipe with a mixture of water and an oxygenated cleaner like OxyClean or Awesome Orange (my favorite). Use an old t-shirt and soak it with this solution and keep using until the spots are gone.
