It is best to have the boards removed by a specialist. Do not try it yourself. Breathing in the dust will ruin your lungs.
Ditto John's thoughts. Asbestos is very dangerous, especially as this is old and dry.
I agree with johndeebank, asbestos is something that professionals should deal with.

Asbestos is very dangerous. But curious how you determined it is asbestos? Or are the boards OSB/particle board/strand board ?
