I want to paint a window...

What I would like to do is first Mod Podge with gloss, then use acrylic paints? that's what I'm not sure of, and then Mod Podge over that again. The window is on the south side of house, it gets quite warm. Should I use an outdoor Mod Podge and is it a gloss? Any advice....Thank you

Modge podge comes indifferent glosses. I would hope that acrylics would hold up, all you can do is try. The acrylics would look great with sun shining through it if you use the paint thinly, it would be like a stained glass window.
