I would be tempted to try a “fountain”, as most circular sprayer would be too large for the top. Like those cute table fountains some of us bought years ago, or for a zen garden. You’d decide the pressure.

You could put in a drip or soaker in. Be careful that twice a day may be too much water for the plants, it may hold too much moisture and cause root problems.
Run a tube up the middle with a pump n get a mist like sprinkle so it doesn't wash out the dirt
