How to clean solar panels on outdoor solar highlights?

I was so sure that I had saved it, but now cannot find. Hoping that someone out there can help me out. It was published one or two months ago.

Clean with soap and water first .let dry .wipe with alcohol let dry .take a bottle of clear nail polish and brush on to your solar panels Will look like brand new again . Work for me .
