Hello Victoria Modi, Washing out colors from whites can be tricky because it depends on the material the dress is made from (sometimes certain laundry products will turn the white into a dingy yellow that cannot be removed, and some fabircs cannot tolerate HOT water because they will shrink up). Okay, with THAT being said, I am no expert on laundry but I would begin with a paste of baking soda mixed with some Dawn dish soap and hydrogen peroxide. Scrub it gently into the fabric, let it sit about 10 - 20 minutes, scrub again, and then rinse with VERY HOT water (just be careful not to burn yourself in the process). You might have to try it a second time if it all didn't come out the first time. Some folks will use dish washing detergent powder as a paste with bleah and Dawn, but I prefer to use hydrogen peroxide because it isn't as prone to "eating" fabric as bleach is. Good Luck, and thanks for using Hometalk for answers ;)
Try Oxyclean, let soak.
what is the material
If it's not set in then use an oxi type spray. Or you can buy dye remover
Also sandlewood soap works great on stains
Go to were they sell material dye they have a stripper for that I think michaels
