Look for Fixings at your local DIY store or you could drill a hole through the the post and and cross bar and brackets or clips or Fix brackets to Post and fix that way............
Add brackets using a masonry bit drill a hole and use concrete anchors. It will be there forever
I think I misunderstood that... you're not attaching the top to concrete are You?
If you are attaching the top to an iron post it all depends on the metal you are attaching to. When you say iron do you mean cast iron? Or mild steel? Because you can't drill through cast iron quite as easily. Is it solid or hollow? Can you post a pic? If you can't drill through you might have to weld brackets on but again, if it's cast iron you will have a problem. Or You could attach a section of pipe with the same inside diameter as the outside diameter of your base to the bottom of your table top then just slip it on
John, I'm from the state's, I thought you were talking about iron! 😂you have an impact wrench? Drill some pilot holes in it and throw some 3'' lags to attach brackets. That oughta do it👍
Nice 👌
guys i finally got the job done using no more nails and 6inch batten screws then put corner posts on the table just in case some idiot decided to sit in table i did the same amount of screws for the seats
