Rain Gutter Grow System by Larry Hall is there anyone doing this??
Searching for others here who have used this system.
was this a buried underground tank? Sounds like it needs to be replaced, that there might be root damage or tank corrosion.
If you are talking about a drain field that was installed for the septic tank, you probably need a professional septic company to advise you what the solution is to level the low areas. You need a drain field for your septic. Adding dirt to the low areas will not resolve that problem as the drain field needs to be left alone. Talking with a professional to advise you the proper way to resolve this issue does not mean you need to hire one if you can do the work yourself. BTW: water doesn't go "looking" for a root. Roots look for water.
When I stated the water is searching for another root. Wrong choice of words. Sorry, what I meant to say, was the water is finding another flow, since the drain is clogged somewhere. And it is really wet straight across. I will do as you said
One possibility is that your septic tank may be full... due to putting non-biodegradable things down the drain.... like cigarette butts. You need to have a septic specialist look at the situation... and you may need to have the tank pumped out and the leech field re-done or repaired, or extended.
As to the stumps... they do rot out, especially if covered with dirt... so once the wood was eaten away... a cavity or hole would be left for the soil cover to fall into.... creating a divot to fill with water...
With a septic system you have to be very careful about what you flush. When was the last time you had your septic tank pumped? Sounds like you need to call a septic professional to give you an accurate evaluation of this problem.
Thank you Debsawatzke,
Yes has been pumped many times over the 26 years. I do not believe the concrete holding tank was damaged, however about 1 foot away is another white piping underground with a white cap. It small in size like a bread plate. There is also the same as this one about 2 yards back. The stump where it is very wet is about 2 city block or any underground piping showing. Thanks for your time.
The problem is not solved yet. However I will keep everyone updated. Thank you all for taking the time to help me understand this matter!
