Good comparison of 4 different types of "cool pillows":

We got the cool neck wraps from Amazon, we sent them back, they did not work.

I suppose that depends on how you define "really work" There are pages and pages of reviews and advice on cooling and other pillows available with a simple Google search using your same words. Read more than one and if you are getting similar advice on several you can likely believe the opinions.
It truly depends on the person - some swear by it others not so much. If you decide to try, make sure you have at least a 30 day return policy so that if you do not care for it, you are not out any money.

I have tried every pillow and "method" known to man. None of them work for me. The gel type make me sweat even more. Anything synthetic does not work for me. In the winter I sleep on feather and down pillows in the summer, which is most of the year, I made my own with cotton quilt batting which can easily be washed. I make "frozen" hand towels that I lay across the pillow and call it a day.
Not really. Not even the gel pillows.
I haven't found them to work. Just keep an extra couple of pillows nearby, switch to the fresh, cool pillow during the night. Benjamin Franklin reportedly did this, he actually wrote of turning the pillow over to the cool side.
I think they do. I bought these Serta ones from Walmart and i could definitely tell a difference. They only come in one firmness/style and they don't last forever without getting lumpy but for the price.. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Sertapedic-Cool-Slumber-Gel-Pillows-Set-of-2/43967619?athcpid=43967619&athpgid=athenaItemPage&athcgid=null&athznid=PWVUB&athieid=v0&athstid=CS002&athguid=466001f5-74c09efd-cdaffd74477ebeb3&athena=true
I also think that in this matter everything depends purely on the person. Some people find it more convenient to sleep on air pillows, someone is more comfortable with an orthopedic pillow, and someone sleeps without it at all.
You should carefully study this topic and choose the most suitable one, based on some features. I think that this site will help you in this very well — bedselection.co.uk. An excellent article on how to choose the perfect sleeping place.
After it, I made some changes to my bed and really felt like I was sleeping more soundly.
Would love answer to that question too
There are a lot of pillows that cost a fortune but aren't comfortable and don't provide you with a night of good sleep. When I was pregnant, I wanted the best for my child. I ordered lots of pillows for babies and pads to give my baby the best experience. However, I have read on https://pillowinsider.com/best-kids-pillow/ that we shouldn't make our kid sleep on a pillow in the first two years of life. It may affect their head and neck. My doctor agreed to this and told me to get a memory foam pillow when he grows. So try to keep your baby safe.
