I have seen some self adhesive one way mirror foil that could look great on that. There are so many options to choice from if you dont want curtains.
There's clear contact paper specifically for windows/mirrors, it allows the light in but gives you privacy as toucan see through it. The rolls are really cheap and if you decide you want to change the pattern after a while it goes on and comes off super clean and easy! No mess to deal with and no sticky residue! There is lots of different designs and patterns to choose from!

Home Depot sells window tint covering it really helps to keep the sun and heat out as we know living in trailers keeping out the sun's hot rays is very important because once they heat up they are a hot box. The window tints are very nice and you don't lose the window view either by having to pull the shades or blinds all day
