Useless boring windows

I am at a total loss as to what to do with the windows circled. They stick out and look boxy and need a makeover.
I have thought about adding trim or some kind of overhang that can be added to other windows, like the ones below and along the side of the house, to create unity.
Thoughts? We are on a budget, so anything that may change the roof line is out.
Windows are never useless, boring maybe but never useless. Think about how dark and cave like the interior space would be without windows! 🌞 I would go for some sort of trim that can be added to all the windows on this side of the house for continuity. Looks like a nice roof and a good clean paint job, now it just needs some color and personality!
consider a left and right shutter and use some shutters on the main level also for interest; expand the outside trim on both levels as much as possible recognizing that you won't be able to do it the same width everywhere..then paint it a contrasting color.
I see it’s time to get crafty! Lol okay maybe on top some ” faux stain glass” with Some trim around the windows like a frame .
Then at the bottom my left facing perhaps

I think shutters would do the trick .up and down on your home .
How about this...add trim around your windows like the image below and create the illusion of small windows on top.
I think the trim idea would be great to give the house a polished look. A contrasting color and a new door color. I painted my storm door to match the front door and increase the impact.
