In my 1972 mobile home the floor has separated from the wall
its separating in the back corner of the mobile home. Would this be a leveling issue or just the floor is bad?
better call a contractor. sounds like a foundation problem.
Hi Vera,
It could mean that your home is still "settling". We have that problem in part of our home but there's not much we can do about it. It is from a part of the house that was once part of the garage. We had a professional come look at it. I would suggest the same to you. Does your house have a basement or a crawl space? If it's a crawl space it would be fixed differently than if it has a basement. A professional can look at it and let you know if it's something important that must be fixed. Wishing you the best.
Foundation problem
not an amateur job! ...call a foundation company (or two) See if they will give a free analysis/estimate.
Yes - a foundation issue. Call a professional.
Structural problem from underneath. You need a pro.
