Where did you purchase the countertops? The stoneyard polishes the granite to the finish the customer chooses. What did you pick?
Call the Contractor!! - It should be smooth and you should have a warranty!
I agree! The company fabricates the countertop to the customer's specs. Could be the choice of granite you picked. They should be able to come back and polish it if your not satisfied with the work.
Only solution is find a marble/stone company and see if they can grind and polish it and what the cost is.
